Returns & refunds
We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, email us at hello@thegloweco.com.au within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
Change of mind
For hygiene and safety, we can only accept change-of-mind returns on items that are unopened, unused, and sealed in their original packaging. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Faulty / damaged / incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Allow 3–5 business days for processing (banks can take longer).
