Melt & Glow is a balm-to-oil formula. On contact with dry skin, the balm melts into a silky oil that dissolves makeup and sunscreen without any rubbing or pulling. Add warm water and it emulsifies — turning milky white — before rinsing completely clean. No oil film. No residue. Just clean, comfortable, barrier-intact skin.

Australia's most antioxidant-rich native ingredient — one of the highest recorded natural concentrations of Vitamin C of any plant on earth. In a cleanser, Kakadu Plum delivers antioxidant protection and a subtle brightening action at the very first step of your routine. The butter form adds nourishment; the oil adds absorption and glow.

Camellia Oil (Camellia Oleifera)

How to use it

Using the bamboo spatula, scoop a small amount (approximately the size of a 10-cent piece) and warm between fingertips until melted. Massage gently over dry face and neck in circular motions for 30–60 seconds — this is your makeup and SPF removal step, so take the time. Add a little warm water to emulsify — the balm will turn milky white. Rinse thoroughly with warm water, or remove with a warm damp muslin cloth for a more luxurious feel.

Keep lid closed. Use within 12 months of opening. Store at room temperature — avoid direct sunlight or heat, which can soften the balm consistency.

Does this remove waterproof makeup?
Yes. The balm-to-oil formula dissolves oil-based products — including waterproof mascara, long-wear foundation and SPF — more effectively than most foam or gel cleansers. Massage over dry skin for a full 30–60 seconds before adding water for best results.

Do I need to double cleanse?
For most women, Melt & Glow is sufficient as a single-step cleanser. If you wear heavy makeup or a physical SPF, a second light cleanse with a gentle gel or cream cleanser is optional. Most customers find one thorough application removes everything completely.

Is this suitable for reactive or sensitised perimenopausal skin?
Yes — it was specifically formulated for this skin. The balm-to-oil mechanism cleanses without stripping, which means it does not trigger the barrier disruption that reactive skin responds to. Can I use this in the morning as well as the evening?

Why does it turn white when I add water?
The Polysorbate 80 in the formula is an emulsifier — it binds the oil to water molecules, turning the formula milky white as it rinses. This is the mechanism that ensures the cleanser rinses away completely clean, without leaving an oil film on the skin. If the balm doesn't turn milky, add more water.

Does Bakuchiol in a cleanser actually do anything?
